Courtesy Vehicle Usage Terms and Conditions - BTE Automotive Ltd

1. Introduction

1.1 BTE Automotive Ltd (referred to as "The Company") offers a courtesy vehicle service to clients (referred to as "The Client") subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Usage and Responsibilities

2.1 The courtesy vehicle is provided solely for the convenience of The Client during the period when their vehicle is undergoing service or repairs by The Company.

2.2 The Client agrees to maintain the courtesy vehicle in good condition, ensuring it is driven responsibly and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

2.3 The Client is responsible for returning the courtesy vehicle on the agreed date and time in a clean state, both inside and out.

2.4 The Client acknowledges the requirement to return the courtesy vehicle with an adequate amount of fuel, not less than the level it was provided.

2.5 The Client is responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges incurred during the usage of the courtesy vehicle, including but not limited to parking fines, traffic violations, and toll charges.

2.6 The Client agrees to a limited daily distance of 100 miles per day while using the courtesy vehicle. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges, as specified by The Company.

3. Charges and Payment

3.1 The usage of the courtesy vehicle is subject to a charge of £25.00 (inclusive of VAT) per single use.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the courtesy vehicle during the period of use, and The Company reserves the right to charge for repair costs.

4.2 The Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information to The Company's insurance provider, should the need arise, in case of any accidents or incidents involving the courtesy vehicle.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 The Company provides the courtesy vehicle in good faith and endeavours to ensure its roadworthiness. However, The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience suffered by The Client due to unforeseen mechanical failures or issues with the courtesy vehicle.

6. General

6.1 These terms and conditions are in addition to The Company's standard business terms and conditions available at www.bteautomotive.co.uk/terms.

6.2 The usage of the courtesy vehicle is subject to the availability and discretion of The Company.

By accepting the courtesy vehicle from BTE Automotive Ltd, The Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
