BTE Extend Market OEM Diagnostic Service(s)

Our vehicle coverage is continuously being expanded and adapted to new market requirements.

BTE Step-up access and connected data management.

The advance of modern vehicle diagnostics has created the requirement for greater accessibility, product knowledge and an automotive engineering skill set that can understand and process computer system(s) coding and software analysis and implementation, something BTE Automotive has always ensured has been at the forefront of our business service.

With Secure Diagnostic Access (SDA), BTE has a standardized solution that allows access to protected diagnostic data. BTE Automotive through an ECU diagnosis license (SD) can also access protected vehicle data from the manufacturer including;

Ford, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge/RAM, Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen Group.

Ford and Porsche: Access to protected vehicle data

Through our latest data access, and shared SDA (Ford) or Seed & Key (Porsche) have the same requirements, already integrated into the vehicle manufacturer solution. Concerning the Porsche brand, the access will be enabled directly in the affected system.

Tesla: New vehicle brand as part of BTE's 2022 Offering

In our latest software update, BTE Can now complete additional service tasks:

▪ Reading and deleting the error memory

▪ Service functions, such as the frequently required brake pad replacement function

This expands the range of diagnostics already provided by BTE in the field of e-mobility by another important vehicle manufacturer.

As of now, the models Model S and Model X can be diagnosed via our current interface. The vehicle coverage will be continuously expanded and further models will follow. In addition, specific maintenance data is already available to BTE Automotive to complete maintenance and repair tasks on many latest makes and models, meaning it is not always a requirement to complete software updates and diagnostic test procedures by the vehicle manufacturer.

How will BTE deal with connected mobility?

Connectivity opens up new opportunities to develop and improve vehicles and mobility services, which makes mobility safer, more efficient, and more convenient. By seamlessly connecting users, vehicles, and services over the internet, drivers also get a fascinating experience and ultimately have more fun behind the wheel. BTE are able to connect to these systems and services inside and outside vehicles, transforming our service into intelligent mobility solutions.
